VFF Young Agribusiness Professionals (YAPs)

RNA Future Directions Committee
"The Future Directions Committee was formed by the RNA in 2001 to provide a youthful perspective on the future of Ekka and to engage with young people both during and outside show time. The Committee provides strategic guidance to the RNA with a focus on promoting the RNA, the Brisbane Showgrounds and Ekka into the future. During Ekka you could find Committee members stewarding in competitions, organising the hugely successful Queensland Young Farmers' Challenge and Ekka Ball or hosting sponsors and visitors to the show."

The QISN Initiative brings together 18-35 year olds to foster and develop the future of the Sheep & Wool Industry of Queensland. The QISN Initiative was founded by Queensland Merino Stud Sheepbreeders Association, Agforce and Leading Sheep.



South Australian Agricultural Shows Next Generation Group
"The South Australian Agricultural Shows Next Generation Group is targeted at young males and females between 16 and 40 years of age living in South Australia. To drive the participation, education and innovation in the South Australian Show Movement and local rural communities for young people involved and with and interest in South Australian rural enterprises, activities and lifestyles."

South Australian Young Beef Breeders
"The South Australian Young Beef Breeders Association is the group sitting under SA Beef. It is a multi-breed youth group with the only focus being beef cattle. Our members come from all over South Australia and interstate. We are a friendly bunch of young people who all share a common interest in beef cattle." 



AgConnect WA
